A Cup of Tea
In my first book, "First, Heal the Children," I wrote about the cup of TEA -- for life's challenges. (page 188)
Now is a great time to review that information.
- T -- transmute (change what you can, you can change your thinking and your lifestyle). You can change (improve your immune system) being healthier through regular chiropractic care, Standard Process Whole Food Supplements, exercise, better sleep, meditation, yoga-- just a few suggestions.
- E -- eliminate the situation (or eliminate factors that are making the situation worse.
Eliminate fear, junk food and negative thought.) You can eliminate negative thoughts and bad foods (i.e. sugar, alcohol, processed food for starters -- remember; NO FEAR!

into gratitude for all that is right and good! Be strong for others (Strong in mind and body!)
